Deposit and cancellation terms
Valid from 1 January 2018 until further notice.

Deposit
A deposit of €50 is requested promptly after booking confirmation (within five working days at the latest). The remaining balance should be paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation
• Cancellation up to one month before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation up to seven days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within seven days of arrival, failure to arrive or shortening of the stay: no refund.

Booking changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@villa-silvi.de.

Separate deposit and cancellation terms may apply or be agreed for longer stays.

Additional information
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 12:00 noon.
Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. may be available on request for €25.
